How do I receive my refund?

Should you be entitled to a refund, we will refund the payment received from you for the product returned via your original payment method. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described in our Conditions of Sale.

APMG vouchers and gift cards are not refundable.

I wish to Cancel my order, how do I do this?

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you (or someone else you have indicated to receive your order) receive the product purchased.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by contacting us.

Your right to change your mind does not apply in respect of:

  • goods no longer in their original condition (such as goods out of the sealed package in which they were delivered);
  • exams or assessments booked by you where the exam/assessment date is less than 14 days away;
  • digital products after we have made this available to you to download or stream;
  • services, once these have been completed or if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started, even if the cancellation period is still running;
  • any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

Unless one of the exceptions listed above apply, you must send back the product you wish to return to our return address at your own cost and risk unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged.

Shipping

Do you offer international delivery and is there an additional cost?

​​​​​​You will be given all available delivery options for the product you have chosen at the time of ordering. The cost of delivery will be displayed to you at the time of purchase.

Depending on the product you order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see “Delivery” and our Conditions of Sale for further detail). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process automatically and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Where applicable, we will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the products ordered by you to the person and address you give us at the time you make your order. For goods delivered outside of the UK, you or the receiver of the parcel (as applicable) are responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products, including customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. We advise you to check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in the country of destination before ordering products to be delivered there.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Your order is usually dispatched the day after you have placed it (this does not include weekends so orders placed on Fridays will be despatched on the Monday).

Your order is then dispatched by DHL. The normal delivery time for any UK order is 1-2 days but please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders also usually take 3-7 working days depending on where they are being shipped to.

What delivery method is used?

All orders are all sent via DHL.

What if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?

A signature will be required for all orders.

When you order please give an address where someone will be home to sign for the order, if this is not possible the courier will provide information on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.
