How can I change my purchased product?

You may be able to cancel or change your product within a short period of ordering, the timings of this are dependent on your chosen product and delivery method.

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

Please note that depending on the product you have ordered you won’t be able to change or cancel your order (such as in the case of eBooks and other digital content). Please check our Conditions of Sale for further details.

My order has been cancelled, what do I do next?

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with our Operations Teams and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.

Why has there been changes on my order?

Despite our best efforts, pricing and/or product description on our websites may sometimes be incorrect. If we discover an error for any product you have ordered, we will tell you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price and/or description) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full. If any products you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and you will not be charged for those products.

Can I share my discount code?

If you are given a unique discount code that is meant for you only, please keep it secret and don’t share it with anyone else. We reserve the right to cancel any discount code or even suspend or close your account without telling you if we believe there I or has been misuse of a discount code in any way.

Can I use vouchers on multiple products?

We may issue vouchers which you can use to purchase one or more of our products (such as an examination voucher).

Can my voucher be cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel any voucher in our sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Do you provide discount codes for your products?

We may occasionally offer discount codes that can be used to reduce the price of specified products from time to time.

All discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise confirmed by us in relation to a particular discount code, discount codes:

  • are exclusive of online postage and packaging and can only be used once per person with one discount code to be used per transaction;
  • cannot be used with other promotion, coupon or offer;
  • can only be used at the time of purchase and not retrospectively; and
  • do not apply to vouchers or gift cards or subscriptions.
